The Information we collect

In order to provide you with a range of services we may collect personal information from this Website, from telephone responses, from written information sent to us and from other communications. We may supplement the information that you provide to us with information that we receive or obtain from other sources.

How we will use your information

When you provide information to us via this site we will store this data and hold it on computer or in hard copy form. We will use this data to provide you with any services for which you have registered with us. We may give information about you (on the understanding that such information will be kept confidential) to partners, employees and agents of the LLP to administer any accounts, products and services provided to you by the LLP now or in the future. Marketing Information

Information that you provide or that is obtained by the LLP as a result of your use of this site, will be used by the LLP for assessment and analysis to enable us to review, develop and improve the website and the services we offer and to enable us to provide you with information which we think may be relevant and of interest to you. We may do this by way of a cookie as described below.

We always aim to improve the services we offer. As a result we occasionally canvass our clients and mailing list members using surveys. Participation in surveys is voluntary, and you are under no obligation to reply to any survey you might receive from us. Should you choose to do so, we will treat the information you provide with the same high standard of care as all other customer information.

Sale of business

If we are engaged to sell or integrate your business with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisors and any prospective purchaser's advisers and will be passed on to any new owners of the business to use in the same way as set out in this Privacy Policy.

Use of your information outside the European Union

In order to provide you with the products and services you have requested, we may need to transfer your personal information to countries outside the European Union which may not protect your personal information as extensively as the United Kingdom. If we do so we will keep control of the information or require anyone to whom we pass it to treat it to UK data protection standards.

We may occasionally modify our Privacy Policy; when this happens, we will publish details on this web page. We will not however significantly change how we use information you have already given to us without your prior agreement.
